Rumors the couple’s marriage was in trouble have been circulating for months, with Avril often seen partying with friends without her husband.

Now it obviously is true. As sources say Avril’s told Deryck to move out of their villa in Los Angeles fter calling time on their relationship.

A source told Us Weekly magazine: “She dumped him and told him she was leaving him. She wants to move on. Divorce papers will be filed any day now.”

Turning up in the Big Apple over the holiday weekend, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban were spotted out for the US Open in New York City on Monday (September 7).

There for the Roger Federer vs Tommy Robredo match held at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, the loved-up pair laughed and canoodled in the stands as they watched Federer win the match in straight sets.

Prior to showing up in NYC, Keith and Nicole had been enjoying some relaxing family time at their home in Nashville, Tennessee.
